The client ran an events company with fragmented processes: budgets in one place, staff management in another, inventory with no centralized control. Our team built H4e, a comprehensive management system custom-built for their operation, connecting every area of the business into a single flow. We designed the budget module end to end — creation, delivery, client approval, and automatic conversion into a scheduled event — along with API-integrated invoicing, inventory control for materials and vehicles, and full staff management, including event assignments and availability tracking. The biggest challenge was building a role-based panel architecture that functioned as one seamless system: admin with a full operational view, HR with its own panel to manage requests, clients approving budgets from their space, and employees clocking in from theirs. The result was a platform that transformed the client's operation from scattered manual processes into a centralized, auditable, and scalable system.
