The client came to us with a clear vision: build a space where the line between "selling what I no longer use" and "running my business" didn't have to exist, giving every user — individual or company — the freedom to operate as both buyer and seller. Our team built Desapego from the ground up, developing the store creation and management system so each seller had full control of their catalog, along with an in-house advertising module that lets businesses purchase spaces like banners to boost their visibility on the platform. We also worked directly with logistics partners to integrate delivery guarantees, solving one of the biggest concerns for any marketplace: trust in the transaction. The result was an intuitive, easy-to-use platform that gave our client a competitive product against established marketplaces, with the added advantage of covering both the secondhand market and direct business sales.
